By accessing or using NexusPlay, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use NexusPlay. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

• •Paid plans (Starter, Plus, and Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• •You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• •Prices are shown in USD and may change with advance notice. This demo does not process real payments.

You agree not to:

• •Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• •Cheat, exploit, harass, or disrupt other players or the platform.
• •Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• •Upload malware or post unlawful, hateful, or abusive content.

You retain ownership of the reviews, comments, and other content you post. By posting, you grant NexusPlay a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display that content as part of operating the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

NexusPlay and its logos, design, and software are owned by QUYOU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. and its licensors. Game titles, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusPlay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using NexusPlay at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the platform or other users.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to QUYOU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
